Australian Business Visa Guidance for Pakistan
Business owners and investors in Pakistan should check the current status of Australian visa programs before planning an application. Migration Call can discuss your objectives, circumstances and any existing visa or application so that your next steps are based on current information.
Business Innovation and Investment Program closure
The Business Innovation and Investment Program closed permanently to new applications on 31 July 2024. Applications made before that date continue to be processed. The former subclass 188 program should not be advertised as open to new applicants. Business Talent visa (subclass 132) and Temporary Work (Skilled) visa (subclass 457) are also closed to new applications.
Discuss your individual circumstances
An existing application, a current visa and a new enquiry may require different advice. Bring your visa history, business background and relevant correspondence to your consultation. An investment or company registration alone does not establish visa eligibility, and no alternative pathway should be assumed without assessment.
See the official BIIP closure and refunds information and seek case specific advice before withdrawing an application or making financial commitments.
